Frequently Asked Questions

Not necessarily, but we would generally advise it! We do get very busy at weekends and during school holidays, and on these days pre booking is certainly highly recommended. Having said that, you are welcome to turn up at our parks without a booking and we will always do our best to get you on the trampolines as soon as possible. This will generally be possible at all but the most busy times, but it will always be worth you checking on line in advance of arrival as our booking system carries real time, live availability for every session. Though we never set out to disappoint and will always look to get you on our trampolines when you do arrive without a booking, we do have a maximum capacity that we cannot exceed.

Yes! We have a coffee shop at mezzanine level serving a wide range of food and drinks, and vending machines on the ground floor. No food or drinks are permitted on the Trampoline arena and food and drink not purchased at Jump Xtreme cannot be consumed on the premises

For our Xtreme Freejump sessions the minimum age permitted to Jump is 4 years old. Children under 7 years old must be accompanied by a participating adult.

Toddlers of walking age and above can attend our dedicated Xtreme Tots sessions that run throughout the week during term times. For under 4’s we have 4 mini trampolines that can be used free of charge, as long as they are used in conjunction with a paid session for an older child or adult.

Yes we have 100 lockers that are fitted with a digital combination system, so no need to worry about finding a £1 coin and also changing cubicles where you can change into appropriate clothes for your jump!

Grip socks have been designed to increase grip on the trampolines, reducing the risk of injury especially on our angled trampolines. In addition, these socks are designed to reduce the chances of transferable foot infections, increase the comfort of all jumpers (from friction) and reduce the smell of bad feet! At only £2.00 a pair they are a great souvenir of your visit and of course you can reuse them on subsequent visits to us.

Everyone participating must have their own individual waiver. If you're under the age of 18 this must ideally be completed by a parent or guardian. Once completed a waiver lasts 12 months. It is strongly advised you complete a waiver before arrival. Waivers can be completed here

You should wear comfortable clothes such as shorts, sweats, and t-shirts. No sharp objects such as belt buckles or clothing studs are allowed on trampolines. No jewellery is permitted while jumping.

Yes, there is no charge to watch and supervise your children and we have a great coffee shop where you can enjoy a quality drink and snack whilst watching your kids enjoy themselves!.

There are no height limits. The weight limit for our Trampolines is 20.5 stones/130kg

All participants should arrive 30 minutes before the start of your jump session to allow time to check in, get changed or put on your socks and undertake our safety briefing. You will not be allowed on our courts until you have had a safety briefing. If you should be unavoidably late for your session, though we cannot guarantee a refund, we will do everything we can to slot you into an alternative session that works conveniently for you. Just talk to a member of our Xtreme team on arrival at the park. Larger groups and birthday party groups are strongly advised to aim to be with us 45 minutes before your allocated session, as at weekends and other busy periods it is highly unlikely that we would be able to accommodate a large group in a later slot.

Ideally you should wear contact lenses, we do not advise wearing normal glasses at all on the jump courts and if you need to wear glasses these should be the shatterproof sports type of glasses. In exceptional circumstances, such as when a parent is supervising a younger child, we will permit normal glasses on the main arena area only, but under no circumstances should you wear normal glasses on the dodgeball court, the Xtreme Stunt airbag or the Xtreme Slam Dunk Hoop areas

If you have any sort of medical condition that you believe may affect your ability to safely jump on a trampoline you must consult a qualified medical practitioner before you come to Jump Xtreme.

No – we have a very strict policy against anybody that is pregnant participating for the protection of both the jumper and unborn baby.

Yes we do have a lift that can be used for wheelchair access or for parents with young children in pushchairs.

Jump Xtreme recognises that many children with special needs find jumping on trampolines very beneficial, and we run sessions where those with special needs can be catered for, and wherever possible we do try and accommodate all our guests. However the safety of all our guests is paramount at all times.

To avoid disappointment if you are planning to bring children with special needs along to the park please call in advance of booking and ask for the duty manager to discuss your needs and we will advise if access will be possible at the time requested.

We are pleased to support our vital services by offering a 10% discount on Monday-Fridays on presentation of a valid ID. You should book as normal and the discount will be refunded on arrival. Please note this offer is for the card holder only.
