Trampolining is a great way to get fit. The 'NASA' study discovered that just 10 minutes on a trampoline is more efficient than running on a treadmill for 30 minutes, making it 68% more effective.
Trampolining is also low impact - the NASA study also found that the G-force measured at the ankle was always more than twice the G-force measured at the back and forehead while running on a treadmill, while jumping on a trampoline the G-force was almost the same at all three points (ankle, back, forehead).

We’ve all been there; we’ve all found it nearly impossible to make it through a painful, boring, gym session. Running miles on the treadmill week in, week out and not seeing any results. Well, this is all about to change. Once you’ve tried Jump Xtreme’s Fitness classes, you will be keen to incorporate trampolining into your regular exercise sessions. Building your fitness will now be, officially, fun.
We hold a wide range of fitness classes at Jump Xtreme including, Xtreme Tone, Xtreme 20/10, Xtreme MetaHIIT, Xtreme Cardio and Xtreme Blast. Hosted by some of our top fitness instructors, you’ll be jumping for joy. Please note, 16+ only are permitted to participate in the classes.
Our fitness classes run to a regular timetable during school term times, which is reduced during school holidays.
All participants are required to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire and Risk Acknowledgement and disclaimer before starting a session with us.
£6 per session (16+ ONLY)
All participants are required to wear Jump Xtreme grip socks which can be purchased from our reception for only £2.00.
Rebecca does her thing on Monday nights to banish those weekend blues, from 7pm - 7:45pm! Xtreme Tone is designed to tone, build and define every part of your body using, resistance bands and body weight. Perfect for any level of fitness!
Katie does her thing on Tuesday nights with Xtreme Tone! This class is suitable for any ability level. This consists of body weight exercises & core stability exercises mixed with cardio. We use resistance bands to help tone the upper body, also do some tabatha training (20 seconds exercise & 10 seconds of rest). It's a full body workout that doesn't leave anything out.
Taught by Vicky, our original class 20/10 fitness is the perfect way to work your whole body with minimal impact and always a soft landing. Performing trampoline jumps, from beginners to intermediate, become fitter, stronger and more agile. This class is designed to get you moving with fun guaranteed.
With our fantastic instructor Sheryl! These classes are designed to boost your fitness, rocket your energy levels & get massive results in the shortest amount of time possible. The MetaHIIT class is for 45 minutes where the HIIT section of the class lasts around 30 minutes, (Including 5 minute warm up/cool down) 20 minutes of Tabata type training and then we use resistance bands at the end to tone up the muscles followed by a cool down.
Taught by Katie, Xtreme Blast is suitable for all ability levels allowing you to take the workout at your own pace. Includes a lot more cardio as well as some body weight work to blast the fat! Brings the heart rate up & down to work in different heart rate zones, so will help the body to progress to cope with different types of training.
Delivered by Annelies, our cardio classes deliver a workout that alternates between intense bursts of energy to less intense activity or complete rest. A variety of exercises combined into routines that involve 20 second bursts with 10 seconds’ rest periods, using full body exercise that engage as many muscle groups as possible. Be prepared to have lots of fun… but also sweat a lot!
