Fundraising Event for Amelia's Fund

Sunday, July 22, 2018
5.00pm - 8.00pm

Amelia was diagnosed with bone cancer last August, just before her 7th birthday. Following several months of chemo, surgeons decided that her leg would have to be amputated. In January Amelia had an amazing and quite incredible procedure called rotationplasty, (which is where they amputate the leg, then rotate the lower leg and fuse it back onto the thigh). Her ankle joint has now become her knee joint. This operation will enable Amelia to have the most active life possible. She would love to be able to dance and do gymnastics again. Our aim is to help Amelia achieve this by raising the money she will need to allow her access to new prosthetic blades which are not available on the NHS. Blades cost around £5000 and will need replacing as she grows.

Entry to the event is just £10, with up to 50% of proceeds going directly to our division. With the introduction of Jump Xtreme’s adventure play area, there will be access to both the trampolines 7 this new area. If you arrive
at 5.00pm you will get an allocated time on the main arena and in the play area.

Spaces are limited for what will be a great night with fun for all, so come and help support the brilliant work carried out by Friends of St Elizabeth’s.
