Katie does her thing on Tuesday nights with Xtreme Tone! This class is suitable for any ability level. This consists of body weight exercises & core stability exercises mixed with cardio. We use resistance bands to help tone the upper body, also do some tabatha training (20 seconds exercise & 10 seconds of rest). It's a full body workout that doesn't leave anything out.
